This Samsung J2Core mobile is new and purchased from a retail shop in a major town in the UK, it is Unlocked.
Please see proof of purchase in the picture.
When purchased I understood it was a phone for use in English. However, when I went to use it I can only get other languages to appear, such languages from central Asia ie; Russia , Ukraine, Moldova and Kazakhstan.
I include a sim card from the UK with the sim card information with the phone, never used, please see the photo's for the Sim card proof from Lycamobile . You maybe able to find English if you need to use it this way but I cannot promise that.
Do not ask to return it if you cannot find English on this phone as you have been informed.
