This work dates from the first creative period of the artist George Le Temps in 2004. It was the 10th of 10 paintings from the artist's first cycle and shows in bold colours the façade of a beach promenade of a Cinque Terre village on the Italian Riviera.

At the opening of the first vernissage in 2004, the artist stated that the painting reflected his formative impression of his first visit to Cinque Terre a few years earlier.

All 10 paintings from the first cycle were sold to private art lovers after the vernissage ended. To our knowledge, this is the first painting to be offered on the art market again in 14 years.
