Goat cheeses are produced according to an exclusive recipe that makes them sweet and pleasant, with a delicate aroma and flavor. They range from soft and creamy ones to seasoned ones, even with vegetable rennet, up to aged in barrique, what distinguishes them apart from the intense and decisive taste of cow's milk cheeses, are their great beneficial properties. In fact, the goat's milk from which they are composed is the most similar to mother's milk, and has many nutrients including potassium, iron, calcium, riboflavin, phosphorus and taurine, a very important substance in the brain development of children; probably for these two reasons it was the most consumed milk in ancient times, before being displaced by cow's milk. Mature pure goat cheese, with a crumbly texture and a rich, slightly spicy taste. The long maturation has made it a tasty product with a strong and intense taste, typical of goat's milk. The maturation of our goats, rigorously matured on wooden boards, makes these cheeses pleasant and unique in their kind.

Shape and Size: Cylindrical shape, with flat faces of 8 cm diameter and 10 cm high straight side, weight of 1.2 kg.
