Die Akupressurmatte auf ein Bett oder ein flache Unterlage legen.Zur Abstützung des Nackenbereichs kann das Nackenkissen benutzt werden. Dann legt man sich bequem auf die Akupressurmatte und verteilt dabei sein Gewicht gleichmäßig auf der Matte. Die Verweildauer kann allmählich bis zu 30 Minuten am Tag gesteigert werden.

In der Bedienungsanleitung (siehe Fotos) sind Anwendungsbeispiele für Fußsohlen, Lendenwirbelbereich, Kiefer und Nacken.

Place the acupressure mat on a bed or a flat surface.To support the neck area, the neck pillow can be used. Then lie down comfortably on the acupressure mat, distributing your weight evenly on the mat. The time spent can be gradually increased up to 30 minutes a day.
