Aufgrund seines antioxidativen Potenzials kann es einen Schutz gegen freie Radikale bilden und das Immunsystem stärken. Curcumin soll anti-entzündliche Effekte haben, so dass es bei schmerzhaften Gelenkentzündungen angewendet wird.

In Kombination mit schwarzem Pfeffer wird die Aufnahme des Curcumins verbessert.

Verzehrempfehlung: Täglich morgens und abends je 1 Kapsel mit ausreichend Flüssigkeit zu oder nach den Mahlzeiten verzehren.
